Updating Carwise.com Appointment Slots

To update Carwise appointment slots

1. Login to cccone.com with your CCC Estimating User ID and Password.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Carwise Profile tile.
4. Click on Configure in the Online estimating/repair appointments with Carwise section.
5. Select an Appointment Duration of 15 minutes – 2 hours for Estimating and Repair Appointments to update.
6. For Repair appointments select your Earliest available date to update. For example, if you select Today + 4 days means the next available Repair Appointment slot will be 4 days into the future.
7. Select your slots for each day using the drop list to select the time slot to update.
8. Click Save.
